Shiv Sena is at it again! Sons of the soil issue. And BigBazaar was the victim, this time.
I do agree with sons of soil issue to a certain extent, probably in unskilled workers' recruitment.
And when the talent is equal, the son of the soil should get the preference.
But a blind percentage works only in Public Sector Units!
